Very friendly staff and unbeatable location to Hippodrome, everything was amazing. Location: the hotel was not far from the Blue Mosque and the Aya Sofia and the red bus that takes the tourists in amazing trip around Istanbul and the airport. The place was next to Cooking Alaturka, where you can have dinner. The room itself was budget and had a magnificent view of the sea and the blue mosque. The bathroom was fairly clean, I really enjoyed that.

The hotel has amiable and attentive employees, especially the Manager. The rooms are cozy and spacious with great views of the sea and the Blue Mosque. The separate bathroom is clean. The hotel has a fantastic and good location, just minutes away from Ataturk. It's easy to find and only minutes away from a mosque and a museum.

The location was perfect, very close to the tourist areas and Hagia Sophia. It was also conveniently close to the Blue Mosque, Bazaar, Tram, and City Hop-on/hop-off bus. The hotel was situated in a safe part of town. The staff was very good, including Mr Caner and Mr Ranazan. The price was good, the breakfast was delicious, and the terrace had a great view. The hotel offered good wifi, a large LCD screen TV with plenty of variety in channels, and a comfortable double bed. The AKBIYIK street where the hotel was located was very nice.
Not one thing.

The hotel's location was ideal for a business trip. It was close to major landmarks and easy to navigate the city from. The rooms provided were clean and comfortable, allowing me to rest well after work. The staff was generally attentive and helpful.
The breakfast selection was limited, which can be challenging for business travelers who require a hearty meal to start the day. the room size was smaller than advertised, which was a disappointment.

The breakfast and the view from the restaurant were great. The hotel's location was convenient for my business meetings.
The room I booked was not the one I got. When I complained about the situation, the staff wasn't helpful or sympathetic.

Our family stayed in a lovely hotel that had a prime location near several tourist attractions. The area had plenty of cafes and markets to explore, which was convenient for us. One day, we strolled along the seafront and admired the breathtaking views. The hotel room was immaculate, and the bathroom was spacious and modern. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We relished the delicious breakfast every morning while enjoying the view of the Hippodrome.
Their airport pickup experience was not the best, causing our arrival to Istanbul to be a bit stressful.

We had a pleasant stay in a well-located hotel, close to popular tourist spots and easily accessible by tram. The interior square surrounding the hotel provides a charming atmosphere, with nearby cafes and markets adding convenience. The proximity to the blue mosque allowed for easy exploration of the area. The rooms were clean and the service was satisfactory, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offered a decent variety, with a view of the city adding to the dining experience.
The front desk could have displayed better customer service, and there was an issue with the laundry service where the price was unexpectedly increased.
